Reconnect & Renew - Moving Through Winter
This is an event series

These weekly online sessions include gentle movement and breath practices, along with topics requested by participants. We will continue to explore Yoga Nidra throughout the series, typically during the final week of each month. Time is also set aside for self-reflection and optional group sharing. Participants are welcome to attend with cameras on or off at any point during the session.

Each class primarily focuses on gentle movement, though it may not always include traditional yoga poses or emphasize them. Instead, we often work with mobility, balance, and strengthening while paying close attention to breath, tension, and other sensations that arise, using a variety of movement approaches.

Agency is always the word of the day. You’ll be encouraged to notice what feels right for you and to take ownership of your choices from moment to moment. There is no pressure to follow along exactly; rather, the invitation is to stay curious about the options available to you. This practice of choice is intended to support you both on and off the mat.

As the seasons change, you may notice changes within yourself as well. You might feel drawn to slowing down and getting cozy as temperatures drop and days grow shorter. Or you may notice something entirely different—perhaps a desire to build strength, warmth, and stamina to move through what feels cold, dense, or heavy during the winter months. These classes offer a supportive space to explore and respond to whatever you notice about yourself.
